Little Wormwood Scrubs (Playground Refurbishment)

Tender description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carry out a playground refurbishment located at Little Wormwood Scrubs (1 Dalgarno Gardens, London W10 5LL) The works include the installation of new toddler playground equipment, new safety surfacing, and the possibility of area expansion. A consultation was carried out in early 2021 to get a better understanding of the local community’s view on what they would like to see included in the refurbishment. The results of the consultation can be found in the ITT on capitalesourcing. These findings need to be incorporated into the design of the proposal whilst also following the specification provided.
