Humber Court - Replacement Wall and Associated Works

The ExtraCare Charitable Trust, Humber Court, Humber Road, Coventry, are seeking the services of a suitably qualified contractor for the following works; replacement of defective retaining wall structure and provision of new fenced patio area impacted by the works. To also include the remodelling of surrounding levels including replacing paths a patios affected and minor works to existing drainage. Response Instructions Suppliers are invited to submit responses to this opportunity by 12:00 hrs on 30th April 2021 (the "Deadline") in accordance with the provisions of this ITT and Tender Documentation. All interested Suppliers must provide their submissions via ExtraCare's In-Tend procurement site https://in-tendhost.co.uk/extracare.
