Homes England intends to procure a potential delivery partner to develop and implement ready-made stewardship solutions on up to five pilot sites across the Homes England portfolio. The purpose of this early engagement is to notify interested parties of this intention, and to undertake pre-market engagement to understand the level of appetite within the market for this service.
