ESN Training Delivery Partner Services - Work Package 1 2021/22

Tender description

ESMCP require professional services to support the Emergency Services Network Training programme. This is a critical path activity for national deployment to ensure that the user community is sufficiently trained for the safe transition from Airwave to ESN. The requirements were assessed against the Learning and Development Framework RM6145 - a lotted single supplier Framework. All call off Schedule of Works are placed via direct award via either Lot 3 or Lot 6. Requirements were assessed against Lot 6 in line with the Cabinet Office Triage Process. A request for outline proposal was obtained and evaluated. All minimum standards of Work Package 1 stretched were met by the Lot 6 appointed supplier Ernst and Young LLP, and as such we are awarding a 1-year SOW contract to meet our requirement. Direct Award is recommended in line with the Framework Agreements terms and the Cabinet Office Spend control triage process.
