Tender description
The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Contract with the successful Economic Operator to deliver roof replacement works to 86 dwellings located in the Omagh area of Northern Ireland. The dwellings identified in this project consist of 73 Houses/0 Flats and 13 Bungalows constructed between 1903 and 1971. The dwellings are generally located in two estates in the Omagh Area (Culmore and O'Kane) with 3 dwellings located in outlying areas.
