<p>Fleming Way MSCP - Make-Safe External Works 2021 Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of make-safe maintenance works to address render and coating defects on the external elevations of Fleming Way Multi-Storey Car-Park (MSCP). Project Description The make-safe works are to be restricted to the removal of loose / critical areas of concrete and render on the external elevations of the MSCP, with some limited replacement of coatings. The initial contract term will be for 6 weeks, as stated in the ITT documents. Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 8th April 2021, 1200 hrs UK Local time. The Council&rsquo;s responses to these clarification questions will be issued on the ProContract tender portal.
