Development Contractor Bordon 3.8

Tender description

Places for People Developments sought tenders from principal contractors to develop parcel 3.8 at Bordon, East Hampshire. The successful contractor is to coordinate the works of a new build scheme of 60 affordable rent and shared ownership units. This contract includes the construction of groundworks landscaping, sectional works and approvals and overall Health and Safety for all 60 units, including the construction of 17 units. The other 43 units are modular substructure to be delivered by Ilke Homes who have been appointed separately by Places for People Developments. All Suppliers invited to this opportunity have passed the minimum requirements of the Procurements Hubs Development Contractors DPS Official Journal of the European Union ("OJEU") reference number 2019/S 111-270743.
