Multi-supplier framework agreement for Floor Covering works, including, the supply, fit and repair/refurbishment of various types of floor covering, in East Dunbartonshire Council’s non-domestic and domestic properties split across 4 separate Lots. Lot 1: Commercial Flooring Works Commercial Flooring Works – Maintenance, Repair and Capital Upgrades. Supply only, supply and fit, repair and refurbishment of carpet, carpet tiles, carpet planks, sheet vinyl, vinyl tiles, barrier matting and all associated accessories. Lot 2: Domestic Flooring Works Domestic Flooring Works – including capital upgrades. Supply only, Supply and fit and repair/refurbishment of sheet vinyl, linoleum / marmoleum, carpet and all associated accessories. Lot 3: Specialist Flooring Works Specialist Flooring Works – Maintenance, Repair and Capital Upgrades. Supply only, supply and fit and repair/refurbishment of Junckers flooring, hardwood sports flooring and rubber stud flooring. Works also include line painting for gym halls and all associated accessories. Lot 4: Domestic Flooring Lift and Relay Domestic Flooring Lift and Relay – Carpet Lifting and Relaying Services
