Enabling works in relation to the Lochmaddy Pier Improvement Project. The works consist of: - - Asbestos removal at buildings - Demolition of buildings - Lowering of hillside and road for services diversions - Excavation of trenches and backfilling for SSE cable diversions - Lowering of BT Fibre duct - Water main diversion - Levelling of area of hillside for temporary reinstatement of marine facilities buildings - Provision of temporary marina facilities buildings, bin store and gas store, including services connections for water and electricity supply - Completion of east car park extension swale, drainage and rip rap to north shore
