Refurbishment of Highgate Fire Station

Tender description

The project is to carry out alterations to the ground floor of Highgate Fire Station annex to provide a shared station Lecture Room/ Community facility, which can be easily be accessed by station staff and community groups. The works briefly comprise of minor demolition and removal works, as detailed on the tender drawings; asbestos removal works; blocking up and forming new opening; providing new internal doors and frames; form new glazed entrance screen and lobby; supply and fit new kitchenette; minor electrical and mechanical alterations to the existing services; providing additional socket outlets and data points; refurbish male W/C and alterations externally to provide level access to new lobby.
