Development & Refurbishment at Geraint & Tregaron House

Tender description

The works comprise external repair and refurbishment works to 2no existing blocks, Geraint House and Tregaron House in Knights Road, Margam. Each building contains 6 no flats. The works also include the construction of an extension to Geraint House to provide a communal area, internal adaption/refurbishment, the construction of new vehicular access, car parking and landscaping works including demolition of existing bin sheds with construction of replacement bin, storage units and smoking shed. The successful Contractor will be tasked with working with Tai Tarian, each other, small and medium enterprises and all of Tai Tarian’s stakeholders to deliver a best value, high quality works programme. Estimated contract start date of November 2020 for a 40 week contract. Utilising the JCT Design & Build 2016 contract.
