Tender description

The RSA is seeking to establish a multi-party framework for the provision of learning and development services under the following lots: Lot 1: Business and personal skills training; Lot 2: Project management and change management training; Lot 3: Compliance training; Lot 4: IT Training; Lot 5: Management training. Tenderers may bid for any/all of the lots. The framework will be established with the top 5 scoring tenderers under each lot (if such number exists following evaluation). All contracts awarded under the framework (if any) will be awarded via mini competition. ‘The RSA intends to hold a tenderers' briefing in respect of this RFT on 12.3.2020 in Dublin, Ireland. Tenderer's wishing to attend must submit a message via the eTenders messaging facility no later than 12.00 noon (Irish Local Time) on 10.3.2020 confirming their interest in attending (see clause 4.6 of the RFT)’ Please refer to the RFT documents for more information.
