Internal adaptation works at Vernon Drive, Harefield

Tender description

The London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) is running a tender competition for an agreement (the Contract) for the internal adaptation for work for a disable person, work including creating a wet room within the living space incorporating Clo-O-Mat or similar toilet, level access thresholds within the property and to the rear garden with level access French door. Works shall be carried out in occupation and should be completed within the timescale agreed in the JCT MW 2016 which will be Signed by both the Employer and the Contractor Prior to the commencement of works.
