Tender description

The framework agreement is for the provision of bus services as described in this invitation to tender document. This public procurement competition will be divided into 4 lots as described below and is split into specific categories of requirement for NUI Galway. Each lot will result in a separate framework agreement (each a ‘Framework Agreement’). Each Framework Agreement will be with NUI Galway for the category as defined in the lot structure. The categories are defined as lots for the purposes of this competition only. The services will be required at the NUI Galway main campus and at NUI Galway campuses at locations throughout the Mid-West region as and when required. The framework agreements are for the provision of bus and coach services to NUI Galway in four lots. Lot 1: NUI Galway International Summer School Bus Service Requirements. Lot 2: NUI Galway Student Recruitment/Outreach Bus Service Requirements. Acadamh hOllscolaiochta Gaeilge, Gaeltacht Centres Lot 3 (a) NUI Galway Campus, Gaoth Dobhair, Co. Donegal; Lot 3 (b) NUI Galway Campus, Carraroe, Co. Galway; Lot 3 (c) NUI Galway Campus, Carna, Co. Galway. Please note that over the duration of this framework agreement there will be similar service requirements for all centres. NUI Galway General Bus Requirements (to include but not limited to the requirements of Shannon College of Hotel Management and NUI Galway Sport and Physical Sports Unit).
