• Excavation of existing footpaths • Supply & Install new brick paving footpath. • Supply & Install new Stone Kerbs • Planing of existing road • Installation of new tree pits to landscape Architect’s details. • Supply & Install of new concrete steps. • Supply & Install of new tactile paving. • Supply & Install of Bollards • Supply & Install of ESB • Supply & Install Ducting & chamber for future Ecar parking • Location of existing storm sewer and provision of new road gullies with connection to proposed surface water sewer and reinstatement of roads. • Setting / raising of all existing service lids including manhole lids, valve chamber lids, service chamber lids etc. Replacement of damaged service lids. • Provision of connection from existing downpipes across under pathways and around existing services to the proposed storm sewer outlets including connection to proposed storm and AJ’s at downpipes location. • Reinstatement of all road surfaces and works areas. • Accommodation works at driveways & Lanes • Line marking of road and parking bays. • Provide temporary access to existing properties for the duration of the works. • TemporaryTraffic Management.
