Tender description

Northamptonshire County Council (the ‘Authority’) wishes to invite tenders for the supply of works in respect of the NCC 2020 Construction Framework which will be divided into 2 lots. — lot 1 is for construction works valued between 50 000 GBP — 300 000 GBP covering smaller scale construction works and will include, but not be limited to, repairs and renovation, refurbishment, alterations, demolition, temporary mobiles, small modular build, extensions and new build. The Authority is looking to award to a maximum of 5 contractors to this lot, — lot 2 is for construction works valued between 300 000 GBP — 1 000 000 GBP covering smaller medium sized construction works and will include, but not be limited to renovation, refurbishment, alterations, demolition, modular build, extensions and new build. The Authority is looking to award to a maximum of 6 contractors to this lot. Potential providers will need to clearly demonstrate the ability for them to act as principal contractor and deliver the full range of works detailed in the ITT.
