Tender description
RFT for Valuation services. Valuation Services required in respect of land and property to be acquired for the N55 Corduff to South of Killydoon Realignment Scheme, Section B project. The CPO for the project was confirmed by Cavan County Council on 18th April 2019. Cavan County Council has recently served Notice To Treat on the affected landowners. Cavan County Council now requires Land and Property Valuation Services in relation to the next phase of the project. Refer to Tender Documents for Further Details.
