Painting and glazing work

Tender description

The contract provides the following provision and services to Saffron Housing Trust (SHT) and any organisations working in partnership with SHT. There are approximately up to 200 properties of external works per year. Internal decorations would primarily be empty properties which could total up to 25 per year. Consideration of the customer and surrounding occupiers will be required at all times whilst working on site. Referenced in Appendix 10 (Scope of Property Locations) the map shows 6 230 the total properties in the Saffron portfolio, the cyclical painting work is done on a 7 year cycle. Therefore the successful contractor must be able to paint any outstanding properties from the 7 year cycle. Office locations are included in Appendix 9 as the successful contract during the contract may be required to paint Saffron offices.
