Daventry District Council- Moulton Sports Centre Car Park Extension Works

Tender description

The Council are in the process of purchasing the Chris Moody Centre and some adjacent agricultural land from Moulton College to convert into a new leisure centre. Part of the works is to extend the existing car park into the adjacent agricultural grazing land to provide circa 190 car spaces in total and re-allocate the existing spaces to provide parking for motorcycles, more accessible parking spaces and to add a footpath from the car parking area to the building main entrance as well as to provide both cycle hoops and cycle storage lockers in the main entrance to the building.
