Tender description

Modify and extend the layout of the existing car park and provide a separate parking area for an additional 25 vehicles. Works to the existing base building will include the rearrangement of the lower ground floor to provide additional storage and improve the heating system. The provision of an external washing area to clean rescue vehicles, the replacement of existing external steps, the installation of a roof mounted photovoltaic solar array and some minor works in the upper ground floor and roof space together with all associated site works will also be included in the proposed works.
