Limerick Twenty Thirty Strategic Development DAC wish to appoint a real estate/letting agent for project opera, Limerick. The services to be provided include but are not limited to the following: 1) Specialist consultancy services on letting/leasing/disposal strategy for development; 2) Advisory services associated with financial modelling, maintenance/services charges; etc. 3) Marketing of development in association with marketing specialist; 4) Liaison with contracting authority appointed design teams on designs for development.
