Tender description

In line with the Council’s responsibilities as a social housing landlord a ‘Housing Improvement Programme’ is being carried out across the authority’s housing stock in order to upgrade the condition of the properties. As part of this programme the Council requires Supplier(s) to provide re-rendering to a variety of house types across our housing stock. The Council requires the installation of Rendering to residential properties including all necessary preparation works, scaffolding, down takings, repairs/remedial works, ancillary works and reinstatement. .
