ERTN2001S Drainage works to Lower Car Park Colwyn Avenue Rhos on Sea

Tender description

Minor drainage works to small car park include but not limited to: Remove with care small section of hoop top metal fencing for access and reinstate following work. Excavate to exposed old drainage connections, cut and cap off including removal of tree roots from drainage. Excavate to expose small section of partially collapsed drain run and cut and install new section of 150mm drain. Extend existing raised kerbs between Car Park and La Sport footpath to separate the two areas including transition and drop kerbs. Install new inspection chamber to bottom end of car park including connections into existing 150mm drainage pipe. Install 2nr trapped road gully’s to low spots of Car Park including drainage connections into new Inspection Chamber with C400 cast iron covers and frames. Take up and lay new tarmacadam car park construction to an area of the Car Park including laying to new falls into new road gully’s and tie into existing car park surfaces. Take up and lay new tarmacadam in 1nr areas (trip hazards) Raise buried inspection chamber and fit new cast iron cover and frame. Replace broken cast iron cover and frame to existing inspection chamber. Reinstatement works to excavations. CCTV survey of the completed works.
