<p>Bromford Housing invests in its 43,000 homes, maintaining each property to a very high standard, which reduces the occurrence of responsive repairs. Bromford Housing has individual relationships with more than 100,000 customers and aims to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, and advocacy, by providing homes to a very high standard, which enable its customers to thrive. Cyclical painting and pre-decoration repair work is currently undertaken by four different contractors across three legacy organisations, existing contracts cater for a variety of archetypes across a geographical area, split into four localities, ranging from Staffordshire and the Marches in the North, down through Central England, to South Gloucestershire in the South. Scope of Work Every home should be visited at least once every 6 years. In some instances, this period will be reduced depending on the buildings use and demand put up on it by its occupants. The Cyclical Decorations and pre-decoration programme is arranged to align with the four localities / areas, and based on the current total number of homes, Bromford Housing anticipate a annual programme of just over 7000 units, or around 1800 units per locality.</p> Keywords: Painting Works of Buildings, Painting and protective coating work of structures, Overhaul and refurbishment work
