Hastings Borough Council is seeking through this contract to undertake a programme of enabling work and invites interested parties to express an interest and submit an selection questionnaire to participate. The Council was awarded funding through Homes England ‘Accelerate Construction Programme’ and is proposing to build approximately 190 homes in Hastings on what is known as the ‘Lower Tier’ site Bexhill Road. This contract encompasses: • groundworks, • drainage, • ducting, • highways and access works, • on-site flood mitigation works, • service connections, • street lighting.
