THE WORK: The Works comprise the refurbishment, reconfiguration and extension of former School buildings including demolition of existing extensions and outbuildings, the stripping out of internal floors, wall and ceiling linings and services; the construction of timber framed and blockwork clad extensions, replacement of existing roof coverings and external wall finishes; formation of new structural floors within the existing buildings, formation of new timber stud partitions, new windows and doors, plumber work, floor finishes, decoration and M&E services; all external works and services required to create a fully operational building.
