Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd (CCDG) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Welsh Government trading as Gyrfa Cymru Careers Wales, we are contracted to provide the all age, independent and impartial careers information, advice and guidance service for Wales. The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a Principal Contractor who shall be responsible for providing whole of the Works, in accordance with Works Information, Site Information and the Contract Data for the refurbishment of Churchill House Cardiff. Works will include internal alterations and fitting out to create a new revised office layout on the ground and mezzanine level see attached for drawings A detailed description of the Works that a Tenderer will be required to provide is set out in the attached Works Documentation:
