Tender description

Independent property valuer for the Hampshire Pension Fund. The contract will be with Hampshire County Council (the Customer) as the administering authority for the Hampshire Pension Fund. The customer requires a valuer to provide independent property valuations for the directly held assets in its UK property portfolio, which is currently managed by an Investment Management Company. During the period of this contract, the customer reserves the right to review and change the investment manager and to review the size of the portfolio, both in terms of the value of the portfolio and the number of holdings.
