Tender description
Provision of a managed service for support and maintenance of the telephony platform which is comprised of a CS1K phone system, call pilot and nortel call recording for retention of historical recordings. It should be noted that while DCC does not consider that this tender will be at EU level expenditure it is voluntarily advertising at this level for transparency and in support of procurement principles. The CS1K supports approximately 3 400 devices across the civic offices and WAN sites.
