Tender description
The Corporate Officer of the House of Commons and the Corporate Officer of the House of Lords (the Authority) is seeking to contract for the provision of daily deliveries of a range of fresh and prepared fruit and vegetables for use in its restaurants and catering outlets. The Authority require a daily delivery of a large and diverse variety of fresh and prepared fruit and vegetables of a consistently high quality and supplied at competitive prices. (Please refer to Annex B for full products list and required specifications for lot 2) Bidders must be able to provide most if not all the products listed for the lot or lots they are submitting a tender and in accordance with the exact specification shown, as well as ensuring that all products are source from safe, reputable and ethical farm assured sources. The Authority reserves the right to reject any products supplied that do not conform to the specifications as stated.
