Tender description

Bidders should note that this tender process is being managed by modular building consultants, with the administrative support of Procurement for Housing. Alliance Homes Group (AHG) are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver between 55-65 affordable dwellings in Western Super Mare. The successful bidder will be required to complete the detailed design and construction, fitting out and commissioning of all works (internal and external including mechanical and electrical) and infrastructure development/alterations as required to complete the project. The works are to be undertaken and finished to a high standard. Further details are available within the tender documents.
