Tender description

Appointment of a developer to develop our new head office building on land that we have acquired in a central Newcastle-upon-Tyne location. Developers were sought who have experience of delivering similar new build commercial projects. The developer will purchase the land from us, construct the building in accordance with the requirements specified in the tender pack and lease back to us a completed head office building via a 30 year lease agreement. Through this procurement process we were seeking to appoint a developer to develop our new head office building on land that we have acquired in a central Newcastle-upon-Tyne location.
