Tender description

The project comprises the demolition of the existing YMCA building and site clearance and remediation followed by the design and construction of a new mixed use 8-storey YMCA development comprising of 121 no. en-suite bedrooms in clusters with shared kitchen/dining space and communal lounge, together with extensive Health and Wellbeing facilities comprising a fully fitted gym and fitness studios a children’s area, a Café on the ground floor and Office Suite and general facilities for the YMCA on the first floor, together with all necessary external and ancillary works in connection therewith.
