NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust and on behalf of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board are seeking a suitably qualified contractor for the following requirement: Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board requires a contractor for refurbishment works at the residential accommodation block located on the Ysbyty Glan Clwyd site. The Health Board are requesting prices against a schedule of works and anticipate to award works up to an expected allocated budget of approximately £150,000.00 (ex VAT) within this contract. The Health Board reserves the right to omit any elements listed within the specification in line with budgetary restrictions if necessary. The tender will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on 40% quality and 60% cost as detailed in the ITT document.
