The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the renovation and refurbishment of 11 council houses at; 1. 62 Maes Llwyn, Amlwch 2. 19 Maes yr Haf, Caergybi 3. 28 Maes yr Haf, Caergybi 4. 29a Treseifion, Caergybi 5. 25 Nimrod Walk, Caergybi 6. 28 Ucheldre, Llangefni 7. 29 Ucheldre, Niwbwrch 8. 72Tyddyn Mostyn, Porthaethwy 9. 45 Tan y Bryn, Y Fali 10. 30 Tan yr Efail, Caergybi 11. 51 Tan yr Efail, Caergybi Work will include associated landscaping works, as per the guidance given in the tender documentation. Tender documents may be accessed via the 'documents' tab on sell2wales Questions and requests for clarification must be done via the sell2wales Q&A function. Tenders must be submitted via the sell2wales postbox facility by 12:00pm on the 11/11/2020. Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems.
