Contract for provision of housing maintenance general refurbishments to roofing and associated ancillary works North and South of the Borough and internal works to void and tenanted dwellings high rise and low rise blocks. Lot 1 covers roofing and associated ancillary works — North of the Borough. Roofing works to include, roofing renewals, roofing repairs, chimney works, associated scaffold, associated asbestos tests and removal works, flue/chimney tests, PVCu Soffit and fascia, fire safety works and the like (priority codes, A, B, P1, P6, 6C). The lot covers, roofing works which includes, roofing renewals, roofing repairs, chimney works, associated scaffold, associated asbestos tests and removal works, flue/chimney tests, PVCu Soffit and fascia, fire safety works and the like (priority codes, A, B, P1, P6, 6C). Internal improvements to void and tenanted dwellings and high/low rise blocks — to include: responsive capital improvements, responsive revenue repair and programmed capital improvements — to include: K & B's, level access showers, internal re-modelling, plastering, associated electricals, K & B surveys, decorations, timber and damp surveys, safety flooring and carpet relay. Internal improvements to void and tenanted dwellings and high/low rise blocks — to include: responsive capital improvements, responsive revenue repair and programmed capital improvements — to include: K & B's, level access showers, internal re-modelling, plastering, associated electricals, K & B surveys, decorations, timber and damp surveys, safety flooring and carpet relay.
