Fire Detection Upgrades to Domestic Properties - Ballymena

Tender description

The Contract is for the fire detection upgrades to 48no. properties in Rocavan Meadows, Ballymena built circa 2010. Proposed works shall involve removal of all existing hardwired detector heads, (smoke, heat and carbon monoxide) only, inspection of existing circuitry and subsequently reinstating with new remotely monitored mains smoke detectors, mains heat detectors, battery powered carbon monoxide alarms and smoke detectors, test switches (wireless control unit), radio module and sim gateway. SIM cards to be provided by Triangle Housing Association, therefore Contractor to allow for liaising with the Client to obtain SIM card data to allow set-up of the gateway system for remote monitoring and testing of new alarm system.
