Tender description

The London Borough of Barnet is looking to commission a multi-disciplinary design team to develop a strategic outline business case and initial feasibility studies for converting a former railway building in Cricklewood town centre into a vibrant, mixed-use affordable workspace with community hub. The project programme for this work will be from January 2021 to March 2021. Consultants responding to this tender are asked to submit their responses by 12:00 noon on Monday 7th December NOTE: Bidders are asked NOT to attend the site to scope the area without prior contact with Ravinder Dhanjal.
