<p>We are currently negotiating a project at the University of Peterborough as part of a two-stage tender and are advertising the opportunity to provide a quotation for the named works package. Before submitting a quotation, we please ask that you familiarise yourself with the B+K documents included within the ITT, taking particular note of the following: - B+K Standard Terms &amp; Conditions - Subcontract PQQ (This will need to be completed and submitted with your quotation) - Prelims and Preambles Demarcation Schedule (Your quotation should allow for any items required to carry out your works in accordance with the schedule) Please refer to the &ldquo;5. Trade Packages&rdquo; folder to locate the relevant Bills of Quantities for your trade. Each folder also consists of a Subcontract Enquiry Sheet which includes a contents list of all tender documents, to aid in pricing we have marked the documents we feel would be most relevant to each package in the right-hand column.
