Tender description
Border to Coast is to appoint support services to achieve the successful launch of a property fund, which is split into three phases: 1. Design; 2. Selection and Application; and 3. Implementation. Please note that the successful bidder will initially be appointed to undertake phase 1. This contract notice relates specifically to the Procurement for Real Estate Investments Operating Model Advisor. The Invitation to Tender is being issued today, 17th November 2020, along with this contract notice.
