<p><em>OCC and OCHL are </em><em>interested in working with high performing, sustainable developers who can offer high quality off site manufactured housing at good economies of scale.</em><em> This framework will potentially be opened up to OCC’s wholly owned organisations and other interested local authorities.</em><em> </em></p> <p><em>We are looking to procure a developer/ developers for around 2500+ dwellings across 18 sites including the high profile Redbridge site based in South Oxford; with a potential option for more sites as the work programme progresses.
