Tender description

Cardiff Council is delivering a range of programmes to address traffic congestion, improve air quality, and facilitate a transition towards low carbon transportation in the city. Options for shared mobility and supporting a move towards lower car ownership are a key element within this. There is currently a limited car club operating in Cardiff with approximately 15 cars and the Council is interested in seeking a delivery partner(s) to assist with expanding a new network using ULEVs to help deliver our low emission transportation strategy.
