Tender description

Nottingham City Council is currently looking to acquire new build residential properties. There is an active acquisitions programme which is expected to last until April 2023. The properties should be: • Located in Nottingham City • New build and available for purchase as turn-key properties OR • Clusters of existing properties or a portfolio of properties • 1 bed Flats and 2 bedroom houses are the preferred property type, 3 bed houses will be considered. • Blocks of flats must be offered as freehold, and have sprinklers built in.
