Tender description

The demolition and development of meadows police station site. Meadows Police Station is a new development opportunity to continue the regeneration of Nottingham estates and communities. The Meadows is already in regeneration phases, after construction of 55 new homes was completed last year by NCH. The development consists of 1 x 1 bed flat, and 20 x 2 bed flats. The former Meadows Police Station still remains and will need to be demolished by the awarded contractor in addition to the new build works.
