<p>Progress Housing Group (PHG) is seeking an experienced Contractor to complete a refurbishment of recently leased office accommodation, one of several offices the Group has in the Leyland area. This property is currently vacant but the existing layout, services and finishes do not meet the Group&rsquo;s needs. PHG intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the refurbishment works to this existing property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following; &bull;Internal alterations and remodelling of the layout. &bull;Associated M&amp;E and plumbing services installations and alterations. &bull;Associated decoration and new floor/wall finishes. The Group is keen to occupy the refurbished office space so staff benefit from the modern, attractive, flexible workspace environment that will be created where staff feel happy to work and is conducive to collaborative working.
