Tender description

The main objectives of this project is to improve an Existing Car Park at Stryd Moreia, Nefyn. The site location concerns an area of land that is currently used as an informal car park with a gravel type surface. The improvement works will formalise the parking area. The proposal includes: • 12 Parking Bays including 1 Accessible Parking Bay • An Entry / Exit rotary system for motor vehicles • Separate pedestrian footway within the proposed car park. This will be for car park users and non-users, due to adjoining properties the existing footpath is used by local residents to travel from their properties to other locations within the vicinity.
