Tender description

The City and County of Swansea (the Employer) intends to undertake works to Gardens within the curtilage of dwellings including boundaries at 227 properties in Sketty, Swansea. The Works include the upgrading of boundary and party wall fencing, gates, clotheslines, paths and hedges in accordance with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS). The project details are set out in The Contract Data. Tenders are to be based on the NEC 3 Engineering & Construction Contract (2005) detailed further in the tender documents. The Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 are applicable to this contract.
