B&D Energy is seeking to procure a suitably qualified company to carry out the design and construction of a new Strategic Energy Centre (SEC) in Barking Town Centre (BTC) LOT 2. This is a new Strategic Energy Centre that shall serve a mixture of new and existing customers throughout the BTC area. This tender will be conducted using the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN) in accordance with The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 PQQ Documents are available at https://lbbd.bravosolution.co.uk.Deadline for submission is 5pm on Friday 4 December 2020.
