Tender description
The works will comprise the construction of 158 units comprising of houses, bungalows and apartments, multifunctional/business space. Dwellings will be required to meet lifetime homes criteria and comply with secure by design criteria. Extensive landscaping including, open space pedestrian connections and including provision of a new playpark to the Local Councils Adoptable standards are proposed. All access roads and on street parking are to be provided to adoptable standards.
