<p>Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing is seeking a competent and experienced contractor to carry out a JCT minor building contract for the refurbishment of Mount Camel residential buildings communal areas, Camelford, Cornwall PL32 9UW. The works are for blocks 26-40 and 42-56 and comprise of lighting upgrades, decoration, new flooring, replacement of door entry systems and removal of conservatory structures. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 60% Quality and 40% Price.
